A weekend of dream exploration blending group dream sharing, dream portrayal, yoga, art and intuitive readings in the pristine and tranquil surroundings of Sunrise Ranch, Loveland, CO. All levels of experience are welcome.

Our dreams come every night in the service of health and wholeness always guiding us toward becoming our most Authentic Self. Working with dreams in a group setting provides greater depth of insights and builds a sense of community and connectedness.

Join us for a weekend of discovery, discussion and dreamwork to explore how transformational dreams can appear as encounters with vast archetypal figures and ecstatic moments of learning or equally can take the form of brutal nightmares and images of violence and destruction.

In this workshop, you’ll discover how all dreams come in the service of health and wholeness, regardless of whether we label them as “light” or “dark.” The metaphors and symbols of our dreams are always guiding us toward expanding our consciousness. By embracing the paradox of the light/dark, good/bad symbols of our dreams and the symbolism of our everyday challenges, we bridge these seeming “opposites” and move closer to becoming our most Authentic Self.
